MPower Marketplace Partner Master Agreement
Effective Date: September 2026 | Governing Law: India
1. Fleet Listing & Verification
Partner agrees to list only certified, fully serviced, and operational power equipment. MPower reserves the right to request proof of equipment fitness, maintenance records, and regulatory compliance.
2. Booking Fulfillment & SLA
Upon receiving a booking confirmation through MPower, Partner guarantees unit dispatch according to the scheduled delivery slot. Any unannounced cancellation or delay exceeding 60 minutes must be reported immediately to MPower Partner Dispatch.
3. Pricing & Transparent Payouts
Partner sets their standard base rental and transport tariffs. MPower charges a transparent platform facilitation fee. Settlement is initiated within 24 to 48 hours following successful completion of the rental tenure.
4. Customer Service & Fuel Policy
Unless specifically agreed otherwise as \'Dry Hire\', units must include certified operator assistance. Fuel log records and run-hour readings must be confirmed with the customer at arrival and departure.
